I have been dieting for 11 weeks now and I have about 6 weeks to go before I can have a cheat meal - I don't know why I even clicked on this thread!
I just couldn't help myself.... but now I am SO hungry....If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Don't complain.
