Do any of you guys/girls stop at a gym early in the morning to work out before work? How does that work for you? Do you prefer it, or is it just the best time for your schedule?

I workout 6 mornings a week! I love it personally, it is one less thing for me to remember and it also gets my butt into bed early.
I get up at 5:45 - head to the gym for cardio or weight lifting ( on an empty stomach since I am cutting) - the toughest part was dragging myself outta bed the first week.
