I know I am. The last few weeks I can tell a huge difference, and the guys at the gym, they often look over at me. They are probably saying, man I know he is juicing, I wish I could.....lol
I m loosing alot of body fat. And I m swelling up good. I still can't see a big weight gain, but thats cause I m shedding off that fat. I figure by the end of this cycle I will be around 210lbs 8% bf. My goal is 225 by summer and 8% bf.
I also bumped legs up to twice a week. On sunday and on Thursday. I m targeting legs, and back, sense I always left them out before.
