Poll on the 10 Commandments

A poll was taken, asking if the 10 Commandments should be in the public arena and/or government buildings.

76% Yes
23% No
1% Undecided

I seen this on a local new cast, they also talked about the Constitution and the First Amendment, at the end of the segment, they said the words, "Separation of Church and State or God" don't exist in either one.

I found it interesting that a local new cast would say these things that don't match up to what the media usually reports. I wonder if that poll will have any effect on the Supreme Court ruling on the 10 Commandments in court houses.

Are peoples minds being opened up and leading them to falling out of lock step with the liberal mind set?

Are we taking steps that will lead to traditional thinking in America again?

Will common sense be common again?

a "local" newscast or poll will not have an accurate reading of the opinions and attitudes of the entire country.

Hey that's a thought! The supreme court should just take a poll on what is the most popular decision, then we can be a pure democracy! Screw the rights of the individual, if it is of national consensus.

Whether it's accurate or not, the margin of error, still leaves it at the majority of Americans. Even if it's a 10% margin, that would take it down to 63% or up to 83%, that isn't a minority

It wasn't a local poll, it was done by one of the major polling outfits. The local new just reported it
