The company that was being prosecuted for making porno with violent story lines (i.e. murder, rape), because it was to "obscene".
The bush administration's newly appointed Attorney General Alberto Gonzales is ready to appeal a judges decision, that dismissed the case.
"The Department of Justice remains strongly committed to the investigation and prosecution of adult obscenity cases," said Gonzales
hmm!!! "adult" obscenity? as opposed to what "child" obscenity and defined by who?
