I know that things are not the same,
our lives are miles and miles away.


Someone esle has taken my place,
to put that smile upon your face.


But I hopethat what we shared before,
will find a way to work some more.


And then I wont have to dwell in the past,
to find a love I thought would last.


So as you lay yourself down to sleep,
I pray these feelings you had for me you will keep.


And if im lucky my wish will come true,
of spending the rest of my life, loving you.
