im into my second week of a 12 week cycle, and already feel great, i've put on 9lb already, only thing is, im only training 3 days a week, and i aint doing any cv, is this advisable??

and what about cv?? do you think i should be doing any?? cos i aint doing any at the mo!! im hitting body parts hard, and its starting to feel great, even though im only in week 2, im eating every 3 hours and getting in 2 protein drinks a day. but i dont know if i should be doing any cv or keep my energy for when i hit the weights??Pain is just weakness leaving the body
