i have seen my dad cut his underwear off with as limb saw more than once.
i think its the cofee and the anxiety you get from the pre hunt going into the woods in the dark.

Dude . . .I believe it too. . . i have seen some crazy stuff in the Pa. woods. I got between a momma Black bear and 2 cubs one time in Pa. I ran like hell and didn't look back. It's cool though to have experiences like that though. I really get a lot of personal thought time when I'm out there.

there was a black bear killed in PA that weighed in at around 650lbs.
that is one big ass black bear. i believe it is some kind of record

That's a big blackie . . .The state record used to be on display in Ligonier Pa. I haven't been around those parts in a good while. 803 lbs of serious black bear. We used to go down there and drink alot of Rolling Rock beer and just stare at that thing.

this happened in venago county. i always heard when a bear is attacking you just play dead so thats kinda what i was doing. i didnt want to piss the mother off and i know how mothers are when thier cubs get scared.
