If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.

when my partner and i lift we dont say a word to eachother, we crank our MP#3players and if we need to communicate we use hand signals, and i cant stand the crap they play at my gym. i choose not to listen to it.

Unfortunately i cant go to that extreme, not that i dont want too but the gym is where i make my living. That would cut my profits in half, i would rather not got there.
Actually, except for all my fitness boards my username is SuperBeast, after the Zombie song and everybody calls me beasty...i like it. Plus, theres a few newbs i invited and they dont need to know certain things about me. *wink wink*
