whenever i use my msn messager(talkin to the canadians) it will crash my computr down. shuts off my internet connection.. what is going on here lol

Delete your temporary files. Also do you have dial-up or hi speed cable connect? When i had dialup this would happen to me quite often, thats why i switched. -
