Codeine clearance

Hey quick question fellas, I work P/T at my job im work one week and Im off the next. Well this last week I worked im hurt my back really bad, didnt even know it till later that evening, but here I am off till my next week. Now I have taken some of my mothers tylenol #3 with codeine, which will show up in a drug test. If I call work and tell them I hurt my back its policy to send me for a drug test which will show the codeine which I dont have a prescription for which means I lose my job. How long does it take for codeine to clear my system??? Please only answer if your sure my job depends on this LOL I thought it was 2-4 days but I need some def answers. Thx

I just looked in my pill book and it doesn't tell u.Go to the doc or the emergancy room bs alittle and they will give you tylenol3 or perks,then call and tell your job that way your covered,unless it leaves your system quick.

Yeah bass but they dont know. I was just gonna go back to work and then about half day call my boss who is a good friend and tell him I jurt it. Its a little dishonest but I did do it at work and I would do it now but they will find the codeine.

I dont know bass, Id rather get fired than a federal offence, I think that is one.

It may be hard to specifically "dupe" a doc for tylenol3..maybe though.

Perhaps you could show evidence the codiene is legal to import.


Actually, come to think of it, go on yahoo and search codeine. Goto one of them online pharms that will write you a script and send you some. Take that with your drug test.

The federal offence, would be falsly reporting an injury from work that did not happen there.

Hey bros it did happen at work, I would never falsely claim something like that Im not a dirtball system milking scum sucking POS! My schedule was tuesday thru saturday, I hurt it during the day saturday, I owrk for a local utility here in Baltimore, I work on overheard powerlines and hurt it climbing a pole. I left work and it hit me sat night bad. I couldnt call they were closed till monday. Now I was chewing on these pills to help with pain if I called its company policy to send anyone who has an accidident of any kind to get a drug test, they would have then found the codeine and I was screwed. So I figured I'll wait while im off this week and hope it goes away if not, when I go back to work I'll just tell my boss it happended at work that same morning I go back. Yes the timing is dishonest but either way it still happened at work and they will take responsibility. Hopefully it just get s better and no more worries, thx for the input guys.
