FOR THE LAST MONTH OR SO DURING OR AFTER MY WORKOUTS I HAVE BEEN PUKING NOTHING TO SEROIUS JUST GET REAL QUEEZY LIKE I DRANK A GALLON OF WATER BUT DIDN'T, HEALTH IS GOOD, NO GEAR, COULD I BE OVER HEATING I USSUALLY WEAR HEAVY CLOTHES BUT I HAVE ALWAYS DONE THAT. DEHYDRATION? IT'S STARTING TO AFFECT MY WORKOUTS. MY INTENSITY IS AT ABOUT 110%. I EVEN START SHAKING SOMETIMES? THIS HAS GOT TO COME TO AN END REAL QUICK.

well, if you think it is the heavy clothes - there is an easy remedy - try to cut back.
You may have a problem with your electrolytes. Eventhough you are hydrated your EL levels may be off - what kinda vitamins are you on? are you taking any caffeine?
also, when was the last time you took a break from the gym - either lifting really light for a few weeks or laying off the weights all together? letting your body heal completely will not only result in long term gains, but it lets everything "even" out while healed. When you are working out your body is in a constant state of unrest and healing.

I'M TAKING ALL THE RIGHT VITAMINS, NO CAFFIENE OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT I'M CLEAN IN THAT DEPARTMENT I HAVE MY ELECTRO'S CHECKED OFTEN FOR ANOTHER PROBLEM I HAVE BUT I DRINK ENOUGH GATORADE SO THAT WOULDN'T BE AN ISSUE. I HAVE ALSO BEEN SUPERSETTING MY BI'S W/ TRI'S AND CHEST W/ BACK IT SEEMS I FEEL WORSE AND PUKE DURING MY WORKOUTS ON THESE DAYS, NO BREAKS NO STOP MINIMUM OF 32 SETS. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND I'VE ALWAYS SUPERSETTED WORE HEAVY CLOTHES YET JUST STARTED HAPPENING OVER THE PAST MONTH. GOING TO TRY WEARING SHORTS AND A T-SHIRT TONIGHT MINIMAL WATER AND LOOSEN MY BELT BETWEEN SETS."WHERE THE MIND GOES, THE BODY WILL FOLLOW."

Are you currently on cycle and how many supplements do you take and exactly what?? Might need a total body cleanse. Also do you do alot of cardio? And how bout the diet. Could be anemic, dehydration, etc. Sorry all the question, but it can be a combination of things. I would definately bring down the training and possibly take some time off. Mike is right though if this persists go to the Dr's and get checked.

I AM NOT CURRENTLY ON A CYCLE NOR HAVE I EVER, YET. I TAKE MEGA MEN MULTI VITAMIN, VITAMIN C, MULTIOIL 3 6 & 9, FLAX SEED, CHONDRITON W/ GLUCOSOMINE, GLUTIMINE, OPTIMUN NUTRITION, ZINC , MAGNESSIUM I THINK THATS ABOUT IT. I JOG A MILE BEFORE 4 OF MY SIX WORKOUTS A WEEK. MY DIET IS CLEAN NO CAFFIENE ALCOHOL, A LITTLE SUGAR IN THE MORNINGS. OTHERWISE 5 MEALS A DAY WELL PROPORTIONED, POSSIBLE RELATED MEDICAL HISTORY CHRONIC PANREATITIS."WHERE THE MIND GOES, THE BODY WILL FOLLOW."

These are my assumptions, 1. Your over working yourself. Take some time off, or at least another day off in the middle of the wk. 2. You are either dehydrated or anemic. 3. Some of the supplements you are taking are not agreeing with you. Ive had some nausea with some supplements ie. some fish oil caps, and the binders they put in some of the pills. Unless youve not have probs before with the ones your taking. 4. You have something going on internally, could be a renal prob and you don't want to procrastinate with something going on like that. 5 Have you had your appendix removed. I have know some ppl to have nausea and vomiting before hand. Reguardless if this has been going on for more than a wk get to the Dr's stat.
