Legs routine. Right now I m doing 3 sets of leg presses 300, 325, 350 sets of 10. Squats I can't do alot cause of a previous hernia doing squats. So I do 3 sets of 250 12 times.Leg ext 2 sets of 55, 12 times and 2 sets of 65, 12 times. Remember I m starting back so I will be changing this around alot. Add any suggestions. Also I do some calf raises and standing calf presses.
