well I did my good morning on wednesday and everything was ok, I didn't put too much weight as I NEVER go heavy or to failure with good morning .
but wednesday something went wrong and at the first rep of the 3rd set, I felt a pain in my low back ... I was like "ok it"s just a temporary pain" ... but at the end of training the pain was getting more intense.
I went to the chiropractor and he told me my low back vertebra had moved, nothing really bad and he handled me , but the day after I woke up and could barely walk so I went to see him again and he told me it had moved again while I was sleeping, he did his chiropractic handling and I felt better .
it was yesterday and today I feel a lot better but it 's still painful when I want to raise my left leg at a certain level ...
what's wrong with me ??
I remember it happend a long time ago because of a bad move while squat but not so painful
is it going to get better in the following days ?
