          I working on gettin up to 170 this summer. So far I've been keeping it at 163 that means I managed to hold on to nine pounds ! Still working on the companionship thing though...

            i'am sure i can take u down since i have dropped a 345 pounds man at teh club (a fight i had a while back ago) fro phucking wt one of my lil friend .
            i really hate when i see big guys think they are teh shit and since they are big they can control everything, and i always say: bring it on

                That's why we always say to bring it to the platform. Hell even at the meets I've heard guys talking shit about what they hit in the gym and then when it comes time for them to put up, they end up with 50 pounds or more lower than what they claimed to have gotten in the gym.

                    LOL...yeah bro I see this happen once in a while. The excuses they come up with are pathetic: "I had a rough night last night, couldn't sleep." "My dog kept me up," "got into a fight with my girlfriend, feeling kind of depressed."
