FUZO, GP, or Mick-G if your able to. Can you go into my profile or whatever and correct my user permissions so that my allowable Avatar size is 100x100 pixels like everyone else's and not 50x50? I can't change my avatar because everything is to big. I checked other peoples and it worked because their settings are set at 100x100.

Save my current one to your CPU and then go into edit mine, hit browse and upload the current one you just saved. Then when you hit save changes it will tell you that the file is too big for this users permissions and must not be bigger than 50x50 pixels.
