Hmmm....my employer sent a company wide e-mail stating that this was false. Telemarketers will not be calling your cell phone. The e-mail did mention something about Cingular and AT&T doing a sign up list to have your cell phone number given to telemarketers, but that didn't make since to me. Anyways at work tomorrow I'll try to find that e-mail if I haven't deleted it and i'll post it on here.

dude u have no idea what its like to deal with telemarketers all day long!!!!!!!!! i have 2 people that screen my calls and u would be amazed at what they do to try and get thru.....and when they don't they get frustrated and do crazy shit....we have had them prank us for months on end....send ridiculous faxs....startin fights with my office help....its a real pain in my ass....and if they are able to call my private cell i'm gonna flip...

i love to mess with them when they call, if they ask for me, ill be like hang on let me go get him, then i leave then phone on my desk for like 20min. if they are still there i just say he can come to the phone. they call at like 7am, they always hit up my room phone when i have a hangover. if they ask for my roomate ill tell them he is beating off, your gonna have to wait until he finishes.
these people suck and I understand they are doin thier job but they should get paid for being a pain in my ass.

The info posted came straight from Corporate Cingular in ATL, which just purchased AT&T. Very reliable source of info.
