The awswer is no. Most states require you to have a Degree in Nutrtion to have completed the full 6 year registered dietician course to write a diet for someone. Some states don't even recognize Nutritionists, they only recognize RD's. The reason for this is there are some colleges out there that will offer a two year nutrition program. After two years you can call yourself a nutritionist and practice. There is way too much information about nutrition and how it effects us differently to learn it effectively in only two years. There are basic principles tha one can learn rather easily but to really understand the anatomy and microbiolgy behind nutrition takes a lot of study.

Sorry, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear. But I'd rather not see you get in trouble for writing a diet for someone and them having the ability to sue you if it goes wrong and in most states if you write a diet for someone they can get you for practicing without a license.

I just threw that as an example. There's a larger scope to that then you'll ever learn in six-weeks.
