International stole the idea for that truck from GMC they have made a similiar truck for years. We sell em at the dealer i work at. Its a GMC topkick with a pick up bed.
Oh and the reason for a truck like that is they make a great tow vehicle for large 5th wheel campers. The GMC version starts at around 65g with a little duramax diesel and the price goes thru the roof when you get a real engine and drive train. Cat engine Allison trans Eaton rear and the truck is indestructible. GMC also offers a 4 wheel drive version for the redneck that has everything. I almost bought one around a year ago. I already have the harley and my wife has a new jag so i figured what the hell. Reality set in and i bought something a little more practical.
