I take Jiu-Jitsu (Gracie), hence the name "RollPlayer". Boxed for years as a kid. Also had a green belt in Shorin-Ryu when I was 13 or so. I'll tell you, there is no better cardio work out than Jui-Jitsu or Boxing. "Rolling" will melt the fat off.

All good styles....Royce Gracie kinda showed the martial arts world how good Jiu-Jitsu can be in street fighting in the very first Ultimate Fighting Championship. When the first one came on pay per view, I had to see it..Royce was very impressive...

Vanderlai (sp) Silva still shows how impressive Jiu-Jitsu is in street fighting. Anyone see him almost knock Quentin Jackson's nose into his brain? Holy shit, I thought he killed him at first. Jiu-Jitsu is exciting for it's knee strikes, but the Gracie's made it boring as shit the first few UFC's. All that sitting on the ground in the guard was like watching paint dry.
