Yeah I love there service but when I ordered last night either I messed up or they did but my purchase total was 28.50 and the shipping was $22.00. I don't want to pay 22 bucks to have the stuff shipped. I think I accidentally chose next day air or something.Comment

I sent two emails from work here but I don't have the receipt here with me that printed out last night so I'm not able to reference the shipment/order number. I'm going to send another email when I get home but I'm worried it will have already shipped out. The fiance was none to happy when I told her I may have hit the scroll wheel on the mouse and inadvertantly cost us 15 extra dollars.Comment

There was a number on their site. I've had to contact them before but you'll probably have to leave a message. Great guys, they'll get it fixed if you messed up. I just ordered 200 pinz last week and even with thanksgiving got mine in two days!

I just emailed the order ID# that I got from calling home so hopefully they can change it to regular shipping and refund the 14 dollar difference back to the card.Comment

Another reason GPZ is the best, This is our emails (red is GPZ/ blue is me):
Order ID # is 11760. Is there any way to change this to the $8.00 shipping
method and post the $14.00 difference back to the credit card. It would be
