Yes we do. The holidays are tough for those who've lost someone close, but we have to focus on those that are still here with us and need us.

Once they're gone, all regrets are gone. I don't give a phuque what your mom and dad have done in the past. At least try to make an asserted effort to stay close with the folks. If they choose not to, then at least you can sleep easier at night. But to everyone out there, family is thee most important thing, barr none.

We all think about our love ones and the passing of others, especially at this time of the yr. It can get kind of depressing, but we all have our lives and hopefully our health. I think we need to look more at what we can do for others, the elderly, and ppl in need. I know it makes me feel good just to do something for someone else that really needs it. If everyone just did one thing good for someone else a wk, just think how many ppl would be helped. And Mike every yr will get alittle better, but sometimes a situation or something will strike up a memory, but thats what helps us heal.

shit was messed up back 1997-98(in high school), i was 18/19 and i used to weigh 235 on my frame and after i lost her, i quite bodybuilding and droped to 175 and hten i came back 3 years ago lifitng and back up to teh same weights.... if everything was ok, i would be now like 270 lbs.....
yeah beleive me thanksgiving sucked dickssss, coz i was thinking about her and her birth day is on the 12th of this month and xmas and new year is coming up, gonna be hell for me, i'am ready to go in a shock like every year it took me a while o sleep wt some1else but not teh same , i feel weird as helllllllllllllllllll, i hope one day i will be normal again.
