    Advice and opinions please!

    The Human Resources lady at my work called me into her office yesterday. She said that they have noticed that I have really "blown up", thats how she put it, in the last month or two. She asked me if I was taking anything illegal. Of course I knew what she was referring to. I told her I was taking pro-hormones which were Illegal til a few weeks ago, but that I stopped taking them now since they have become illegal. She said that they dont specifically test for AAS in employees but that they are worried about Roid Rage in the work place. I tried to give her my opinions on the so called riod rage for which I dont believe in , in the first place. Im worried that they might send me to be tested. So, in short, does anyone have any advice or comments or past experiences they can share with me on this? I personally dont think they can prove a fucking thing, but I figured I would ask the board for enlightenment.

    that is ok, tel her to get u tested and u will show up positve and show her the prohormones and they are precursor for steroids........and then they can't get u tested like that for no reason, read ur rights when u applied at eth job i work for a goven place , they got me tested for eveything but aas, and even it would be bette if u can get a script from overseas that u were takin such and such for some medical reasons

      FIRST OFF YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL HER SHIT. TELL HER YOU HAVE BEEN EATING A HALF A COW A DAY.

        i agree wt fuzo even better tell her that u are eating take pizza and soem fatting food and let ever1 seeu eating and tell tehm that u are getting fatter coz u are eating lot....... no worries, tell her creatine, let tehm see u so waht

          dude i agree with fuzzy....i honestly would have gotten irrated that she even asked me....i would tell them as politely and respectful as possible to mind there own business.....they can't just test you caus eyou gained weight....she had alot of balls approaching u

            Hey! Thanks for the input. I kind of put myself in a fishbowl so to speak. What I mean is that everyone knows that I am sort of a health nut and I workout religiously. They all see me walking around every 2 hours eating brown rice and tuna and drinking large amounts of water. They all come to me for advice on proper foods to eat the lose weight, especially all the fat chicks that work in Admin. So if they were to finger a person for AAS use at work, it would be more thatn likley me I guess. But you guys are right, I should have politley told her to phuck off! I only told her about the pro hormones so if they did get me tested I would have a good reason for being positive. And I wouldnt be seen as a liar. My works drug policy is that they can have you tested for whatever reason they want, randon or not. Although, dont they usually have to tell you what they are specifically looking for?

                  I am a mechanic on heavy earthmoving equipment in the field. Requires that I drive a big truck w/ a crane on it to the jobsite. Therefore I have to have a CDL also and get a DOT physical every years also.

                    my job can test my anytime they want to.but they dont.i am a heavy equipment operater.every job i have had in this field i could get tested anytime.extremevx who do you work for?cat.

                      First, an Employer has the right to Test you for an illegal substance, if there is Probaple cause...if not it has to come from a random test. So, you blowing up, could be considered Pc, and if you was tested and failed, you would have a hard time overturning it.
                      The difference can be determined between AAs and pH on a test, so that wouldnt work, unless you only had a trace in you.
                      Oh, PH are still legal! The ban is not effective for another couple of months. 90 days after bush signed it.
