        Re: FOOTWEAR?

When I squat and work legs, I wear a pair of fuzzy green thong sandals with flowers.
Generally, people don't ask to work out with me much, which allows me to get a full leg work out in an hour

In the gym it's Asics wrestling shoes, everywhere else it's my good ole Doc Martens. As for running, I try not to.

Adidas 'samba", has a flat sole and works well for me in the gym.

Mizuno or New balance, they have the best arch support. I can't wear wear flat footed shoes without stressing my arch. I even have to put arch supports in my cleates. (Football every Saturday)

                              Re: FOOTWEAR?

I rotate between shox and two other pairs of nikes for cardio and I have about 4 pair of adidas and new balance that I use for lifting...

I hate wearing the same shoes over and over again.
