need opinions on fitnessgeared.com

i am looking to get some feedback on how you, the members feel how the board has been handled over the last nine months. i am looking for opinions on how my performance along with the rest of the staff has been in the "rebuilding" of FG.com. please share your honest opinions good or bad. Also, if you have an idea or suggestion that you feel will benefit tje board, please post your thoughts here.

in short, i am looking for reviews on how things have been in general since i took over.

I think excellent. Additionally I feel that we need to somehow increase our female membership. I workout at home so I'm kind of at a loss as to how to get more ladies. I mean if I were in a gym every night I would approach girls all the time telling them how great the site is and how they can get lots of info on excersise and diet, etc. Also, we need to think of some way to get people to register and become a member rather than visit the site constantly as a guest. You always see so many guests online and I get frustrated cause I'm like why aren't they registering, you know.

But other than that, I think you have done an excellent job at salvaging this site and bringing it back from near extinction. I got to give kudos to FUZO to who was doing a hell of a lot before he was made admin although I'm sure you already know this.

Derek, i have been an active member here since a few weeks after the board opened, and i really like the direction the board is moving in now. Kudos to you, for giving this board another chance, and to all of our members for making it the best board on the net.

i think you guys are doing a great job. i actually was thinkin of sendin you..fuzo or gp a PM on how to get more traffic here....especially woman like LIC said. when i do a search how come none of the boards except EF comes up....don't you think it would add a ton of traffic if we came up under exercise type searches..i think EVERYTHING looks awesome....we just need more traffic

The only problem I had was going 3 days with the 8pt font Bro, this site ROCKS!!! It was my first and will continue to be my home. Although I agree it would be nice to have some more knowledgable females on board. Other than that, It's great! Been pretty much drama free lately.

Well, I've only been around since summer but I think it's great. I'm not sure how it used to be but I've gotten a good feel of most so far. Good job.

I know I don't get out to the board much anymore(work schedule!) . . . but I want to say that it has always been an excellent source of info and help from some great people. I used to be on the old FG under a diff name and it was great then as well . . .but after the probs that occurred . . I din't think it could make it back . . but I was wrong. It's better than ever and I appreciate the hard work that goes on keeping it great! Peace ya'll!

my only gripe and ill bet almost everyone on this board will agree...trying to get ahold of you derek is like pulling teeth. you need to be more accessible to your members, WHETHER ITS FROM SOMEONE ASKING ADVICE FROM THE BOARD OR SOMEONE ASKING ABOUT AN ORDER FROM YOUR BUSINESS.

OTHER THAN THAT, I THINK THE MODS DID A GREAT JOB BRINGING THIS BOARD BACK TO WHAT IT IS TODAY. FUZO, DESERVES A BIG HAND!!
