If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
For anyone who takes zma......do yo buy it in one pill or take all three seperately....what I mean is me and one of my boys went to the store the other day and I reached for a zma bottle and he said that he takes them seperately because it is cheaper and less pills to take....the average price for a zma product was 20 bucks with 4-8 pills to have the effective dose.....but he gets a b6, zinc, and magnesium and only pays about 10 bucks and takes three pills.....what do yall do....
I know what zma stands for...but b6 is part of it zinc mangnesium asparate is just two parts...myu question was does anyone take it by buying them seperately or in one bottle
