Yea I agree its not a source post but like teekahty said it doesn't belong in this forum.Just PM a mod with your concern and they will help you out,also you don't get labled as a scammer unless a few people didn't get their goods.He might be good for you but take advantage of others,so what ever the case my be you should go through the right channels.
