my "mother inlaw" is crazy. my inlaws are quite behind the times when it comes to technology. no cell or computer. well they were given a computer for free about 3 months ago and they still have not set it up. this puzzles me so i ask them why and i pretty much seem to get ignored. ok so i ask again. the "mother inlaw" makes a funny face like someone farted and she goes "i don't like technology". so i drop it.....for now. on the way home i ask the wife whats up with that. she says she does not want to tell me. now i gotta know. finally she reluctantly tells me her mother thinks technology is the work of the devil. and that computers are just the begining. soon we will be souless with bar codes on our necks for identifaction BEAT THAT GOT GEAR?

She might not be too far off the mark considering that this was just approved by the FDA. The chip is the size of a grain of rice
and was approved for medical records, etc. They also stated that within 2 years it could replace our atm/check cards. Hhhmmmm.... Can anyone say Revelations?

When your on your way out, would you want to relearn everything? that's the way that generation see's it, they made it this far and are doing just fine. so why stress about it. Ed if want to help why don't you set it up only takes a couple minutes, then show her something new to do on there every time you see her. (hell maybe she's be surfing boards in no time!)

ok guys you seem to be missing the real point here. SHE THINKS ITS THE WORK OF THE DEVIL. i'm not just sayin it, she really thinks it she is a nut bag. she never let my wife go trick or treatin and horror movies were never even allowed in the door

you cant teach an old dog new tricks, as for the work of the devil thats just nutty but i have a few freinds who parents are like that.
