  • Still Psyched

Just got back last night from the GNC SOS in Atlanta. To me it was like meeting celebrities! Problem is, I feel really really small and weak now.

Yeah, I'm eating like a madman trying to go up a weight class, into the 198's. If my forearms would cooperate I could get back to benching heavy again and that would help.

I just got 2 free bottles of N02, a tshirt, and a beanie from there...I couldn't make it cause I gave into my wife. Its our first anniversary, but my buddies hooked me up

The shoulder is fine. The forearms are giving me hell though. I changed a few things around in my training and my shoulders haven't felt better. I just set up an appt. with Hughston Sports Med. Clinic to see what the problem is with this slack forearms. Light weight doesn't bother them but when I hit around 330 and up it's like they are being ripped apart.

We have a local meet coming up in Dec. and I hope I'll be able to move some weight by then.

Man Kite, if there is one thing I remeber from living in Atlanta is the tough competition. The shows there are tough. But, if you place high then you are doing really good. How tall are you?
I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I got to meet several of my favorite lifters. The only two that I didn't get a chance to meet that I wish I had were Gary Frank and Andy Bolton.
