car accident
I just got into a stinking accident this morning. I rearended some guy. I don't even want to know how bad our insurance is going raise our rates and screw us. Plus my hood is all out of alignment now. SUCK ASS MORNING!

In some cases depending on incident, some insurance companies will waive raising if you have no points, violations or accidents that were your fault in the past three yrs. I hit a kids car in the middle door pannel in a parking lot cause he was driving real fast in a thru lane. I didn't have time to stop, so the cops at the station wrote it up as my fault, as cops won't go to a store parking area as it is public property. I had to take off the fender cause it was dangeling, so the kid and his mom got to the station before i did and the mother had already talked to the cops saying her side and when i tried to explain, i could tell they had already made up their minds. Anyway, i explained what happened to the claims person and i told him i had a very good record and if he could please see if it would be waived. To make long story short, my next premium did not show any increase. So if you have a really good record, it might pay to talk to your agent and ask if it can be waived and tell them your story.Comment
