NOSE BLEED

I GOT UP THIS MORNING AT 5:30AM AND FOR REASONS GOT MY SELF JACKED UP MY BLOOD PRESSURE WENT THROUGH THE ROOF SO WHEN I GOT INTO THE SHOWER MY NOSE STARTED BLEEDING ANY ONE EVER GET A NOSE BLEED FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

WELL I THINK A FEW THINGS.BUT I DONT EVER GET NOSE BLEEDS.I THINK I JUST WORKED MYSELF UP THIS MORNING TO WERE I WAS GOING TO POP.

FUZO, I can have a temper, so i can not do clen,too much ephedra, or caffine. Try quitting whatever it is that you are taking that can elevate this. Drink some green tea decaf in the morning or during the day. It will help calm you. If you feel like your getting into a situation or flareup, think the situation over in your head and say to yourself " How can i make this situation into a positive one?" It sounds lame, but if you go over it in your head and think about it and try to resolve it in your head first, then it will help in controling the outcome. You could have a stroke or worse if you don't. I know things in life don't always go right, but sometimes we have to make positive things happen.

I WAS REALLY WORKED UP MY MOTHER INLAW CALLED ME AND SAID THE SAME THING YOU COULD OF HAD A STROKE.BUT I'M FINE NOW. THANKS FOR THE COCERNS

right here FUzo, and especially when i use drol i have no way to run or to hide, got to have nose bleed and when i do test also
this is normal coz my BL is too high
