Re: mariage is not sacred anymore!!!

If there was 100% chance of no way that their wife would find out, there are few (IF ANY) men that if they were alone in a room somewhere and a gorgeous, playboy quality female came up to them, took her clothes off and said fuck me right would look at her and say I can't, I'm married, please leave now. They would cheat. Just my 2 cents. Ofcourse I wouldn't, but the rest of you pigs would!

Cheating has slightly increased in the last decade. But it has and will always be a part of the world.

If you take and read books from the 1700 -1800's you find that cheating was common place. Just not out in the open. Many wealthy men would travel on "business" and have an affair. The women who were left at home would have affairs. They just acted like nothing was going on.

I wouldn't cheat on my wife. Because I love her. But if I was allowed and it was safe then I'd be test driving other cars... But its not so I don't.

Cars - we all like a nice car. We go buy a nice expensive one. Spend a large portion of our paychecks on it. We customise the car with tint or seat covers etc etc. But after a few years we kinda enjoy driving a buddy car. We start looking at trading that old car in.

Re: mariage is not sacred anymore!!!

Some cultures encourage men to have many women. Even during the Roman period men of great power were judged by their harems or how many women a man could have. I have heard that scientifically, some men have an inherent gene that causes them to have a drive for more than one woman. It has something to do with a primal gene that has somehow not been replaced thousands of years ago. It is explained that if your very old forefathers had the inclination for illiciate behavior, and their next generation was also the same, this dominant trait actually linked to a gene, causing future generations to have this non- monogamous trait. Many men today can not overcome this urge, even though they have a significant other.

That is too cool Mick. I'm gonna bring me a piece of strange home tonight and do her right in front of fiancee and just start screaming, "I'm so sorry honey but it's not my fault, my great-great-grandaddy, Pappy Johnson is to blame! I hate that bastard!" The whole time I'm smacking that pieces ass!

I guess I can assume women must have this gene as well. Women are now starting to cheat as much if not more then men are.

Re: mariage is not sacred anymore!!!

It has been studied by reseachers in psychiatry, that some forms of learned behavior can be linked to the biology of the human body. They have found that in primitive times men were sought after by women for their investing in raising families, hunting, strength. There were more than plenty of men to copulate with, this was not their interest, as it was not yet learned. As culture developed into the first half of civilizaton, men developed other traits, including one of infidelity. It was also a learned behavior that was accepted by other men to be a skill to show power, strength, and how big the family could be. The bigger the family the more status was given to the man. As culture developed man became more complex in areas of experience, stimuli, and sexual behavior. Scientists now theorize that some of these latient behaviors have actually linked to the DNA of the neurotransmitters in the areas of the brain that control pleasure/sexuality. Like the Darwin theory, all the behaviors that make us who we are are passed down from previous generations giving us our makeup of what is right and what is wrong and how we respond to others actions. So in todays society these brain functions in the past that would call us to doing more promiscuous acts are also controled by behavior modification learned from our parents that were also learned from past generations to control these thoughts, as they are not acceptable by the majority of society. It has been shown with brain scans that in men with non-monogamous trait, that their sexual centers that control pleasure and sex are actually larger than in normal men. It is my belief that in the last 50-60yrs, that we are now in what i call "transitional stages of latient behavior". Women are, and have been taking on more dominant roles, not only in the work place, but in the bedroom. I believe that these behaviors now being taken on by some women will in the next 100yrs be possibly linked to their brain centers and possibly having the same effect as they do on some men. Men, in my opinion are now taking on more passive roles, doing more of the duties that women were once soley doing. And also a much more abundance of homosexuality and lesbianism and trends to very open sexuality. Getting back to women, lol there is also evidence that indicates that when women have affairs it can actually be linked to pheromones in their bodies that are released to attract men at certain times of the month. Why some woman act on this stimuli or not is still a mystery. Maybe it is a linked gene like in some men? Maybe the gene in some women has already been linked and we don't see. In the yr 3000, maybe we will see "A" sexual relationships where men and women act the same or even reversed behavior?

Re: mariage is not sacred anymore!!!

this is interesting, especially in light of the spirited discussion we're having on the other board. Yes, as human beings, we are supposed to have control over our "primal" urges and control ourselves. Anybody can go out and "hook up" every chance they get, real men choose to go with the tougher road and deny themselves. Real men can say no to cheap meaningless sex and pornography and stay faithful. Real men stay at home and raise their kids with values and morals. Anybody can get married but it takes a man to be a husband and a father. Thats the issue, the main issue in our society, listen up everybody who promotes the anything goes mentality that is so popular today. There are fewer and fewer real men. You know the ones, the ones every one cracks on for not being "cool" and being "whipped". Check out "Promise Keepers" website.
