VVS2 means very, very slightly included. There is also VVS1 which is the most perfect you can buy. D is colorless the best color you can buy. You also need to look at symmetry and in what country the stone is cut, as some have much better stone cutters than others. So with perfect color being D, a VVS2 @ 4 karat would run roughly $30K. I know a guy that owns three manufacturing facilities in Cali, Maimi, and NY. He went over all this stuff with me before buying my wife's.

when I went shopping for them. And if I want to buy her that, then so be it:p My girl is more important to me than my bike, she just worries I would get hurt or killed on it one day, that's why I use it mostly for track now. Besides you guys have seen what it looks like and how much money I've dropped on it as well.

No offense taken from you...Honestly I would go no more than 4k's and keep it around a SI1 with a F,G,H color....That's a nice ring, and forget about that damn setting
