Re: court this morning
that "sealed" stuff is a myth. It is on your record. . Even "if" it the court record is sealed. the arrest record from when the cops hauled you in is open.
How do I know. I was 16 and got in some traffic and other problems. Over 6 years later I applied for a cop job and they found out about the "arrest" they didn't care about the court record.
Just be safe and smart over the next few years.. Try and get away from the bad crowd.<META NAME="robots" CONTENT="noarchive">

5 years later I was involved in a traffic accident (not my fault), and the traffic cop was able to pull up the info and asked me about it within a matter of minutes....
You will be able to pass a standard criminal record check... but the cops, and courts will always have that info...RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

Re: court this morning
Good thing the record is sealed but if you had a good attorney he should have had the record completely absolved, as if it hadn't happened, after your probation. The record would be completely disguarded from the court files.
