I'm not saying good or bad, I'm just making a simple statement of facts. If I'm banned for this, then sorry. But as a consumer, fellow folks need to know about sponsors.
8/15, I make an order to Researchkits.com. 8/25 (10 days later) Researchkits emails me to tell me my order has been shipped. Earlier in the day on 8/25, I order from ******************. On 8/27,my ************* order arrives. As of today, still no order from Researchkits.com

If he told you your order shipped on 8/25 this is 8/28. What state are you from him and how did he ship it? Sometimes it may take three four days. I say give till Tues, than you r complaint is valid. Although you have been waiting awhile.

Researchkits is in FL, correct? Universal kits is in FL. I'm in PA. Universal sent it in 2 days from the same state and shipped it the same day as researchkits. Just a bit undaunting. I read all the posts about Research kits, but figured since they were a sponsor, I would use them.

I appreciate the offer, but a refund isn't necessary. I don't mind paying for something I purchase. I just wanted to make sure some 76 year old woman smoking a cigarette with a 2 inch ash hanging off it, wasn't sitting at a computer going "Yea yea yea honey. Your kit is shipped and it should be there soon." Although I can't imagine researchkits hiring someone like that. Anyways, I PM'd you. Thanks for getting back to me as well. I do appreciate that.

I was going to respond, I think they all moved in my neighborhood.
