I think posing is awesome cause you can really see the hard work pay off and if you need to work more on a body part, you can see where the problem is at. Well there are some people who just get carried away. I dont really pose but I look at myself in the mirror once in a while to see my progress. Ive been around when these little skinny dude are posing the whole time, when they only do 3 sets of bench and curls thinking there all big, hehehehehehehehe. I think if they compete and there is no place to pose, then its ok, but they could do it at home. But if they are just hitting poses to comment on eachothers body, then that is odd as hell and shouldnt be done in the bathroom....

In my old gym there where people who compete every spring stripping down to their underwear or trunks to pose post workout. I think it has something to do with getting comfortable wearing nothing infront of a group of people, I just wish I wasnt part of the group...lol

How about this scenario: Did you ever get caught posing in a public bathroom like at a restarunt.lol its happend to me a few times when I was younger. When I say younger the last time it happend to me was probably a few months ago. It usualy happend mid cycle or after I put on alot of weight fast. I'd be standing their washing my hands and notice "damn my arms look alot bigger.lol. So I'd look around then procede to roll up my sleeve and hit a bicep pose. Then the door opens and you hurry up and jump. And the person didn't see what you where doing but its probably obvious I was doing something strange because of the look on my face and not to mention my face probably turns red as a beat.lol
