If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I'm looking for blueprints or instructions on how to build preacher curl stations and a squat rack. I know how they basically function, just need the proper dimensions and stuff.....Anyone know of a site on the net for this type of info??
