ive just started a part time job at gnc which i really enjoy.......the problem is a pesky little felony on my record......i lied on the app, but my employee packet had paper work giving the company permission to do background checks.......anyone know if they actuallly do check......im sure they do , but im hoping.......

what kind of felony? if they ask you about it, just tell them it was something that happened and you would like to prove yourself as asset to their company if they would be gracious enough to give you a chance. then dont do anything stupid after that to mess it up.

it depends if they are a franchised store or a corporate store. IF it is a franchise, then i would probably bet the owner wont bother - Comporate store may look...but still probably not.

dont worry about it i had a felony when i was an asst. manger there. i secretly took a 45 day leave to go to work camp! which they then hired me back after i got out and never figured out anything. and this was a corp store. no worriesComment
