    Hey all! Just a quick intro:

    - 40 yo male, 6"2', 225, 13-14%BF
    - Lifting seriously for 2 years or so, casualy, for fitness sake, for about 10
    - Into hiking, sea kayaking, rock climbing, downhill skiing, skiing, did I mention skiing?
    - Was a MLB pitching prospect, until I tore the $hit out of my shoulder. I can lift (although inclines tend to bother me) but, I can't pitch.
    - I'm a computer geek - I won't tell you for who, you'll probably ban me!!!
    - current cycle (started 6/21):

    GEAR:

    Weeks 1,2,3,11,12 Prop 100mg EOD
    Weeks 1-12 Tren 75mg EOD
    Weeks 1-10 Cyp 500mg / week
    Weeks 1-10 EQ 600mg / week
    Weeks 1-4 Dbol ("blue hearts") 50mg ED
    2 weeks on/2 weeks off Clen (I've ramped up to 160mcg and holding steady) for a total of 6 weeks on
    ECA while off Clen
    Weeks 7-12 T3 as follows:

    in mcg's:

    wk7: 25 50 75 100 125 125 125
    wk8: 125 x 7 days
    wk9: 125 x 7 days
    wk10: 100 x 6 days, 75 x 1 day
    wk11: 75 x 4 days, 50 x 3 days
    wk12: 50 x 2 days, 25 x 3 days, 12.5 x 2 days

    Goals and expectations: lose 3-5% BF, harden up, perhaps gain a little muscle, get stronger

    lifting regimen: heavy weight, lower reps (4-6) compound movements, each muscle group @ 1x per week

    DIET:
    6'2", 215, 13-14%BF

    TOTAL CALS: 3321

    SUPPLEMENTATION/ANCILLARY

    TwinLabs DualTab MV - 4 tabs daily
    Glutamine - 20 grams daily
    r-ALA - 400mg daily
    NAC - 600mg daily
    Taurine - 1g daily
    Femara 1.25mg daily

    NOTES:

    - This includes protein shakes, 2 per day, one post-workout, taken with dextrose, and one before bed.
    - It doesn't include veggies, I eat a good amount of green veggies and (limited amount) carrots.
    - carbs are primarily from grape nuts and skim milk
    - proteins are from chicken breast, tuna, and 8 oz lean red meat.
    - As I started this cycle, I was coming off of a CKD - it's feasable that my body was ripe for accelerated fat storage, due to this

        Welcome bro! BTW, I'd run the eq for 12wks and push out the cyp for 13wks, just a consideration, as it usually takes the eq awhile to kick in at about 5-7wks.
