i havent been kissing saturn so i know i didnt get it from him. but me y throat is all inflamed and sore as hell. i go to the doc today. i am so far behind at work. oh well, better off today than waiting and getting sicker and being off 3 days

Strep throat sucks ass!
MY throat is my weekness.. I rarely get sick.. and when I do it's not too bad...except for my throat.
The ultimate worst was mono tho.. man I was in a world of pain. It hurt so much to swallow that it'd make my ears hurt...doc put me on a liquid diet and even gave me a tylenol with codine elixer. Which took the edge off the pain but that was about it..RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.Comment

went to the doc its not strep. it is an infection of my eustation tube(sp?) that goes down from my ear. he siad its caused by a virus and will pass in a few days. i already have a diminished appetite from the drol and now it hurts to swallow. (no swallow jokes saturn and by the way newcastles are like eating a loaf of barley bread but taste wonderful i am jealous)"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

Strep got to be the worst!! Didn't realize how many times you swallow. It seem like you do it more when it hurts. I find drinking alot of hot green tea and gargle with salt water every couple hrs helps. Get an anti-biotic it will make it go away quicker.Comment

i went to the doc he said i had an ear infection and its not my throat thats sore itsmy eustation tube whatever that is. i am much better now. i hope your daughter gets wellOriginally posted by chemsgirl
Theres a bug going around. Seriously, My daughter has been sick too,(same symptoms) just take it easy for a few days and you should feel better!!! If you notice ant more symptoms, or get worse, its time to call Dr.!!
