My Phuquing neighbors

I live in a nice residential neighborhood. We all take care of our properties, say hello, help each other shovel in the winter, etc..... It's a nice close community. Then, about a year ago, it happened. RENTERS. Phuquing white trailer trash neighbors. The wife is about 24 years old, about 300lbs. The sister is 18 years old, about 280lbs. Our townhouses are 2 bedrooms. There are currently 8 people living next door to me. And it's a damn shame. Their 3 little kids are freakin adorable. All beautiful little girls, all nice as can be. But not the most respectful of kids. They are 7, 5, and 10 months. I have a beautiful flower garden out front. The kids think the mulch makes nice snow balls to throw at each other. I saw the parents out there one day watching the kids playing in my mulch. I ran outside and started yelling at the parents. The parents don't correct the kids or anything. So we haven't been on the best of terms. And let me tell you about filthy! Our backyards are about 15x10. My backyard, rosebushes, azaleas, daffodils. My other neighbors, same. The white trash neighbors, an 8 foot long swingset in a 15 foot long yard. A picnic table, 3 little kids bikes, Kitchen cabinets of some sort, and no grass. It's all mud. I really must take photo's of this home. Out front, they decided to get a large tractor tire in which they were going to paint it whie, fill it with dirt and mulch, and make a semi nice flower bed. Unfortunately, they only got to the part of laying a large tractor tire out front. If they didn't have kids, there would have been an accidental fire months ago. There's more, but I don't want to bore you. But hey, thanks for listening anyways. I feel much better

Time to loook up your neighbourhood/city bylaws. There's probably all sorts of good ammo there.

We live in townhome community with no association. They are basically Row homes. But when most people hear the term "rowhomes", they think $20,000 homes in the projects. So politically correct real estate terms now call them "townhomes". Either way, they are all nicely kept homes except for my neighbors. Shit, I wouldn't even care if they lived 3 houses down. JUST NOT NEXT TO ME!!!! OK, you folks have me feeling devious now. I'll take some photos of their beautiful yard and post them in a few.

wow , i never heard of town houses not havin an association. what happens when a main pipe bursts or somethin happens on community property?

I would tell the landlord or owner of the townhome. If you go to the city, they will probably do little unless the tenants are directly in conflict with an ordinance. In my experience the city does little, because they don't like getting involved with neighbor disputes. If you don't get any resolution with this, you either have two choices sue or move.

Technically the landlord can't do anything either. Unless he wants to kick them out, but then he'll have to go through the hassle of finding new tenants.

Lol.. but what are you going to write? I can't see how an old tire and a messy back yard can be a health concern. Tho it's probably a good indication of what the place looks like inside.

bro i have neighbors that pale in comparison to your but they wont mow their lawn. i wrote them a letter nicely asking them to keep their yard mowed they refused so i called the city residential code enforcement department. they wrote them a ticket when they got out there

Notice the lovely mud piles, and the swing set that hasn't been used in about 1 year. The bikes have been sitting overturned in the same position since last summer. The garden hose stretched across the backyard is being used for God knows what. The lovely bag of shit or whatever has been sitting there for about a week now. See what I have to phuquing deal with here!!!!! I would love to post a picture of the neighbors themselves, but the 2 sisters wouldn't fit in the photo together. Oh, and in case anyone wants to believe their weight is glandular, the pizza delivery person that shows up at their house every night would agree with me that it's not. My bet is their kitchen is the cleanest room in their house since they never use it.

The more appropriate questions is; would I really WANT TO KNOW what was in garbage bag!!I may snoop and find a pair of size 16 fat chick undies or something. Probably one nights worth of dinner trash. I'm not kidding. These people spend easily over $200 a week on pizza, cheesteaks, etc. Maybe I should do a week long collection of photos showing the pizza delivery man bringing stuff to the door.
