Hey everyone. Well I'm kidda stuck here at what to do next. I've been working out for a little over a year and i need some sugestions I what you think I should do, bulk up, cut, etc. and what supplements would be good. Here are a few measurments and facts about me that may help you.
Age: 17
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 188
Arms: 14.5" flexed
Chest: 37" (at nipples)
Stomach: 33" (bellybutton)
Neck: 15"
Bench: 240lbs
