As far as me, my training could not be better. I am at 9% body fat and tipping the scale at 240 pounds. Could it be the creatine? LOL. Is a competition in my future? Ask me when I am 285 at 7% next year and I'll tell ya'!

My father passed away April 16th. It is hard at only 26 years old to have you father pass away! However, his passing has given me a new appreciation for my own life.
I will let some of the other members that stay in touch with me from the "old" board about this board. The info seems to be oozing out of my screen as I type.
Let me know if there is anything I can do for you. You have always been my online spirit when I needed the advice from an old muscle head like yourself.
