Those appear to be numbers that would represent a non exerciser who eats a lot of junk food, and is now a workout fanatic who watches their diet.

The bells are ringing and the lights are flashing. You are SO correct. Its amazing what a good diet and excercise can do. Thank God i had a cardiologist give me the you aregoing to die speech. Plus if you look at my sig you can see the weight loss. My BF has gone from 42.8% to 37% and 376lbs to 341lbsOriginally posted by gunz

Some ppl can have genetics that cause high chol and trigls. Don't have to be eating bad for some ppl.Comment
