Six weeks ago I had a string of bad luck. First I found out I will be losing my job in three months, second it looked like I wasn't going to get into any medical schools because I got rejected from 2 out of 3 and hadn't heard from the last school, and third I found out that my girlfriend of three years was cheating on me the last couple months we were together. I found out all three of these horrible things in a matter of three days.
Today, I find myself accepted to a kick ass medical school which I will start in the fall, I can keep working at my job until I leave to school, and I have this hot asian girl in my life that loves me. You guys gave me the advice to keep my head up and things will turn around and you were right. Having gone through the bad times makes this good stuff so much more exciting. Thanks for all your help guys.
