i am 6 weeks into a 24 weeker. my concern is my strength in my left side, the whole thing is rapidly decreasing. not like on just one exercise but my whole left side. i was struggleing with my warmup weight today doing DB bench. right side was fine. gave up on chest went to tris. kickbacks same prob. abs this is where i really get freaked out. left side of my abs didnt burn like my right it just felt numb. i had a headache for 2 months i was seeing a doc for he said it was stress even though it was in the right side of my head. could there be a connection? the headaches gone but so is the strength in the left side of my body. i am going to the doc monday
