i have business in jacksonville in april. just for a few days on a weekend , where is a decent place to stay. is thier anything to do that is kinda close , i wont have time to go to daytona or orlando. also is thier a golds or la fitness. Or maybe a hilton (they usually have a gym). thanks guys

yeah bro, my hometown is Jacksonville and I am going to school at UCF now in Orlando. There are alot of quality gyms there, a big name is the Powerhouse chain (which I go to when I head home). There is around 5 of them in the city, and if you join one you join them all. There is also a Golds Gym in Jacksonville, Golds Gym is where I go to now in Orlando. I am pretty sure you can be a free guest at Powerhouse Gym, there is one on San Jose Blvd, Blanding Blvd, and a few more areas. If you know the area you will be staying just reply or send me a PM and I can find a gym in the area.

In Orlando I workout at Golds Gym in Winter Park, in Jacksonville I workout at Powerhouse on San Jose. I dunno which one you were asking about.

thats funny , it goes with your avatar. clearwater is small isnt it. ive been to in st augustine , daytona , san abel island and san destin , wich coast is clearwater on ?

Clearwater is great, it isn't small but it really isn't large. It's on the west coast of FL so the beach is the Gulf of Mexico, not Atlantic Ocean. Great area. It's really close to Tampa/St. Pete. Jacksonville Beach isn't great, South Beach in Miami is first and Daytona/Cocoa/St. Augustine are tied for second in my opinion.
