I have looked around at Elite, MassMonsters, BBS etc and have just got to say that this is by far the best board Ive visted so far.
Everyone seems to get on well, keeping to the rules etc and there`s loads of great feedback from the mods and members..
So if no one objects I`d like to call this home for a while...
My sad stats are: 6.0" 210lbs and out of shape.
A little background history:
Began training in 1990, placed 2nd in my first comp 1993. Stopped training in 1997 due to change in career etc etc.
Moved from South Africa to the UK in 2001.
Finally settled down in Berkshire with the family etc and now have time to train and get back into the swing of things...
