Converting a movie file???

Can anybody convert a movie file for me from my show? A guy sent it to me, but its a .mov file. My computer cant play it. I need like an mpeg or something like that. Can anyone help me?

You could just download the QuickTime player. Do you have that already? That's what plays .mov files if I'm not mistaken.

u need to download the new mpeg codecs...

Downloaded all the codecs, none worked. Downloaded quicktime again, setup wouldnt finnish. Kept gettin errors or it just froze. This sux...
