    damn i feel good

    today was squat day. i failed my first attemt at 80% of my max for 5 reps only got two. the guys gave me such hell i busted out 7! well 6 and a ahlf #7 wasnt very deep.

    i got home dinner was on the table now i just feel content fat and lazy. i will drink a beer in a little while and fall asleep on the sofa till my wife wakes me by gently kissing my...........................

        just cracked the beer. my boy goes to bed in 30 minutes then i can fall into a blissful sleep.
